Yoga instructor Lynette Culp is offering classes at Secret Woods Nature Center in Fort Lauderdale, three times per week: Mondays and Thursdays at 3:45 p.m. and Saturday mornings at 10 a.m.

Culp is a certified yoga instructor and registered at the 500hr. level with Yoga Alliance. She studied with Swami Vishnudevananda in the Sivananda style of Hatha Yoga, and at the Yoga Center of Deerfield Beach. She has also attended numerous yoga and metaphysical workshops over the years. Culp describes her class as a fusion of Sivananda, Iyengar and Kundalini yogas with affirmations and visualizations thrown in for good measure.
