Richard is a professional woodwind musician for over 50 years, a certified Yoga Instructor for 26 years, and is currently teaching Yoga and Meditation at Barry University in Miami Shores. He has been holding Sacred Space for Sound Baths since 2000. Richard will instruct various breath techniques (Yogic Breathwork Techniques) to aid in relaxing your mind and body, to prepare you for a deeper experience.
