Young SEEDs In The Park is an interactive hands-on workshop for children ages 4 to 17.

Sessions include gardening, food demos, yoga, breathwork, mindfulness exercises, and more.

Young SEEDS in the Park takes place on the third Saturday of each month from 9 am to 12 pm. Please RSVP through the website.
