On Feb 4th 7th at 7pm, Health & Light Institute is hosting a Full Moon Ecstatic Dance Immersion event in Southeast Hollywood. This is a monthly event that combines conscious authentic movement, Contact Improv, Ecstatic Dance, Aquatic Healingwork and Sound Healing. It is an intimate gathering for only Ecstatic Dance dancers who are committed to going deep and high, and it will not be advertised to the greater dance community. The event includes a potluck, opening circle, Ecstatic Dance set, Aquatic Rebirthing (Freestyle Watsu, Waterdance and Aquatic Healingwork) in outdoor heated pool, and a Crystal Sound Bath. The event cost is $35 for just Ecstatic Dance and $45 for the full Ecstatic Dance Immersion with Aquatic Rebirthing and Sound Healing. Attendees must RSVP and parking is limited, carpooling is advised.
