Yoga Warehouse Celebrates 20th Year in Downtown Fort Lauderdale

In celebration of its 20th year, the Yoga Warehouse (YW) invites local residents to experience the depth of classical hatha yoga with a first class free offer. Excellent first-day discounts are also available.

Located in a unique historic warehouse, the YW is a screened-in, open-air space with an eclectic store, an air-conditioned meditation room and a tranquil peace garden/nature preserve out back.

This Affiliated Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center, founded in 1998, maintains a tradition of Classical Hatha Yoga brought to the West by Swami Vishnudevananda in the 1950s. The first Sivananda Center in Fort Lauderdale, which may have been the first yoga center in South Florida, started in 1969. Swami Vishnu also started the first yoga teachers training course in the West, now offered in more than 15 countries around the world. All YW teachers, dedicated graduates of this renowned school, are grateful to be able to pass on this ancient knowledge.

All-level classes are non-competitive, accessible to beginners but still challenging for more advanced students. You will feel the intimate and friendly vibe as soon as you walk through the door. For more information, visit YogaWarehouse.org.
