The Board of Directors of Trash to Treasure Creative Reuse Center (T2T) is proud to announce their move to the ArtServe Building at 1350 East Sunrise Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. Conveniently located in central Fort Lauderdale at the edge of Holiday Park, the new air-conditioned site, with ample free parking, will offer a more comfortable shopping experience for members and visitors. T2T at ArtServe is close to other creative zones and cultural organizations like FAT Village and Maker’s Square. The new location is also ideal for classes and workshops where people can get hands-on, creative, upcycling experience.
Beginning October 4, the reuse center is open Fridays from 2 to 7pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 5:30pm for shopping and donations drop-off.
Nanette Saylor, Executive Director of T2T, reported, “We’re thrilled to relocate to ArtServe in the heart of the cultural center of downtown Fort Lauderdale, and excited to expand our relationship with the broader community of repurpose creators.”
Since 2007, the non-profit T2T has served South Florida, locating donations of clean, reusable materials and redistributing these items as valuable educational and artistic resources.
