The Three Essentials for Guidance: Meditation, Silence and Stillness

Do you know the difference between meditation, silence and stillness? Do you know it is essential to meditate to avoid an ocean of negative emotions that need to be released? Do you know the ocean of negativities can lead to addictions to food, people or objects? Meditation is key to stay healthy—physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and esoterically.

Meditation heightens vibrations where you become an authentic co-creator of your passionate dreams and/or missions. It is where you have prayers answered, especially when coming from a grateful heart. Meditation has two parts:

Passive – Sitting with a relaxed body, watching your breath for more than 15 minutes, to quiet the chatter of the mind. The best time to meditate is in the morning between 4 and 7 a.m.

Active – As a result of passive meditation, you are in the present moment without the chatter of the mind and at peace, only using your mind to speak or create during the day. Your mind is halted and peaceful without past or future events that can sabotage. Passive meditation has assisted you to arrive at a higher level of awareness, a higher form of consciousness and higher vibrations, which I would like to call seeing through the soul’s eyes, the real you! In here, you stay healthy and young.

Silence – You arrive at silence through meditation as you learn to be silent and listen to your surroundings. You have to have silence along with meditation as meditation teaches silence that allows you to hear beyond the chaos of the world. Practice silence by being in nature, listening to the wind, the birds and the sounds of all. If you can’t get to nature, listen within to the Universal sounds, especially while meditating. You can also use accent codes such as Ah and Om, the vowels A, E, I, O, U or any sound you can feel vibrating inside you. Tuning forks also help to get in touch with the vibrations inside that elicit and help you to come to silence.

Stillness – You arrive at stillness as the result of meditation and silence. Your body releases tension as it becomes still—a good time to stretch and go further into meditation and the silence of listening. Your body at this point may move of its own accord; allow it to do so that it may open up to become lighter. Just be present for the experience.

Ultimately, you will arrive at the Universal truth of Love as that is what you are—a loving being. When you become one with the quantum field, which I like to call “the pool of infinity”, you are immersed with the Source and learn knowledge that leads you to agape love, peace, joy and health. You fall in love with you and the Light that is greater than you. You then have a GPS that directs your life into a heaven within. Lessons still come as they are opportunities for growth, but stillness brings you guidance in any area in the ocean of imprinted emotions, cravings and desires. You become one with all.

So: Meditate; Be Silent; Be Still. All three equal the creation of Love. Be that Love in the oneness of all you touch. Love is All.
