Fresh First, formerly Fresh Epicure (name change due to trademark challenge) is South Florida’s first 100 percent gluten-free eatery and juicery, located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale’s yachting district. Serving up internationally inspired, gluten-free, healthy fare, their creative chefs combine fresh organic ingredients and superfoods to put a modern healthy spin on wholesome and delicious. Their meals are created by chefs who are passionate about cuisine with great texture, color and exceptional flavors that increases one’s health and vitality.
With the ever-growing number of people with gluten sensitivities, Fresh First recognized the need for an establishment that provides organic foods that are safe for people with gluten, corn and peanut allergies. Additionally, the delicious and nutritious cuisine allows even guests without allergies to enjoy guilt-free dining.
Fresh First is proud to have achieved “Great Kitchens” status with the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA). Founder and Chef Mary Siragusa created Fresh First’s unique menu. Siragusa’s daughter Francesca has perfected her own gluten-free, USDA organic flour blends used daily for on-premises baking.
